That is a pity for Michael, but credit where it is due, he has certainly taken the fight to them and got their attention in a big way.
The reassuring part of that result is that Mr20% did not seize the chance to gain a degree of control over the company. There will be many who take some comfort from that.
I guess the EGM will be a fairly quiet exercise now. I would still like to think that they could bury the hatchet and find some way to give the small shareholders a voice...
