You might want to check out the all in cost of production. It looks to be pretty high and the profit margins are getting slim. Meantime they are spending a lot of money on a new mine, other mine capital upgrades etc and have substantial borrowings.
What happens if the POG were to fall to USD1250 or lower and stay down?
At its current share price, EVR is a good gold play if the POG recovers above USD1500. They would be making a killing if the POG were USD1800/ounce.
