i spoke with the PR contact who now effectively manages the relationship PLV has with its shareholders, this is the very reason why they have been engaged. they are well aware that an announcement was due 'from' last Tuesday onwards but since a week has now passed without any updates a number of shareholders are rightfully concerned.

he stated that the accounts being lodged were imminent from last talking to PLV management and yes its taken longer than first thought with the auditors and that they will endeavor to release an update today/tomorrow if the final lodgement hasn't been completed by then.

in any case rockme if you're convinced the company is about to fold put up or shut up!
