    Why not. NEN are on the brink of something truly sensational. But, they fight a hugely negative market. I have just watched a program on the China slowdown. It is worrying.

    Against the above, The USA ( admittedly boosted by QE3 ) is in recovery mode. Bernanke has started to put the brakes on.

    But, believe me, the price of oil might drop but it will return to plus $100 very quickly . As long as oil stays high, NEN is in with a big chance.
