""not sure exactly what % of shares needed to call an EGM and demand answers ""
Jessi,
You need 5% of the total shares on issue, or 100 shareholders regardless of the amount of shares they hold in total, to call for an EGM.
If either of those totals are reached, (I.e. 5% of total shares, ""OR"" 100 Shareholders) they can then lodge a Sect.249D with the company requesting them that they call the EGM. If served correctly, the company will then have to follow that path and face the shareholders.
I hope this will answer your question.
More if needed.
