Totally agree NS & Mo - can you do us all a favour and forward your notes to Lynas themselves, every email address you can find. (I'm sure the participants within this forum can help as well with email addresses).
I also suggest taking a look at Lynas's 'values' at http://www.lynascorp.com/Pages/who-we-are.aspx. I'm not adding a tick on any of these !!!
