    XAM is valued roughly around 8M at 4c per share.

    In March they held 7.5M in cash, this values their 5 assets in Mongolia at 500k to 1M.

    That's really cheap considering a 100sqm apartment in Ulan Batar cost easily $300K to buy.

    Just my opinion...
