Major shareholder haa started offloading after initially threatening to sue company in the press and having a view that companies like OVR should 'wither on the vine'.

Bizarre behavior and I have learnt to stay away from them in future. Many of the stock sharts where they have a major S/H position look like OVR's.

There could be over 20 million shares up for grabs. They were very prescient in selling in the lead up to the last 'surprise' capital raising so maybe this in an indicator?

But could be also be a dilution play at a low price. I have been told flatly I will be diluted as they dont want to go the BGS route. Also that I am a problem shareholder so it is anyone's guess at to what the target price is for that dilution. Maybe 0.005 or maybe 0.001 if they spin their wheels for a few more months.

Anyone else received calls from GW out of the blue suggesting lower prices are imminent and it is questionable to buy shares at these lofty prices? Not going to name names, but you will know who I am talking about if you got one.

Not going to post on these threads often. Get lots of emails fishing for sentiment and comment and suggestion I sell from all around (GW merely the latest) so clearly there are alot of players behind the scenes here targeting a specific outcome here and indications are they are angling for it to be much lower.
