I read Chalkies Article with interest and just wish I followed it all.

I dont understand a lot of the PIF progress but you seem happy so something good must be happening.
The urgent repayment to Fortress and its prominent position in the lenders line has always intriged me...but I have no skills in order to judge.

Chalkies article certainly piles a lot of transactions into the mix and i wonder how he would interpret this, unrelated recent article and the way such a situation would look from our perspective..and if it would ever exist? I dont follow it all but seems iffy to me...
