We have the Mauritanian government saying oil production is expected in 2005 (late) and the Berge helene will be there by early November. Hmmmm ... another case of WPL being cautious and not overpromising ..LOL!! Their thinking seems to be underpromise (oil by February) then if there are any problems hooking up the BH then they are still on schedule. Its a sound approach ... but nevertheless I reckon we can expect the first offtake for sale by December.

We need some good news .... and at present Tevet Deep is the only likley candidate!
