I loading up both barrels for DL when he returns from his holiday. He has forever defended BTA mgmt and style. Always made up one excuse after the other.

I am going to ask him if the 300K we pay him is money well spent. The same with other senior mgmt. They have had enough time.

I want DL to say that he and they have failed and that they are working to get back on track by initiating this or that strategy that is vastly different from previous approaches.

I demand he says this. I've lost all patience.
