    I'm amazed he gets paid that much.

    A CFO is a compliance officer... organises the financial statements etc... maybe finds or arranges funding but they all seem to be cap raises at the worst possible time and price.

    DL isnt really responsible for any business building.

    He should be paid $100K tops.
