that's the ducking and weaving; an illogical statement to facilitate avoiding the question. yes/no ? As for the statement itself, well if no-one asked questions, then learning would certainly slow down. In most situations, the capacity to ask the question reflects the capacity to UNDERSTAND the answer. UNDERSTANDING does not necessarily imply agreement.
