The Hon. Bernie Ripoll, MP,
Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer
Parliamentary Secretary for Small Business.
Dear Hon. Bernie Ripoll, MP,
Further to my e-mail to you on the 8th May, 2013, on the abovementioned subject, I wish to advise you that a further blog update has now been published on the web.
The latest report assesses IRESS broker data regarding the trading in Billabong Corporation (BBG). It expands upon anomalous market trends identified in regard to Billabong in Research Paper 7.1 Section 3. "CuDeco Shareholder Research" document I sent an e-mail to you about this matter on the 9th March, 2013.
This new report is titled:
7.3 A Review of Billabong Trading Based on Iress Broker Data
It is available from the following link.
http://www.s......com/doc/144097419/7-3-ASX200-Company-Research-Billabong-BBG-Broker-Data
Although research has been initiated because of persistent anomalies regarding trading in CuDeco Limited, the current aim of research is to demonstrate that share price manipulation is an issue that is likely to severely impact stocks within the ASX200, and in all probability, stocks right across the ASX.
The anomalies identified regarding trading in Billabong Corporation complement the recent research published concerning Linc Energy (LNC) and again point to systemic problems affecting the ASX. My e-mail of the 8th May, 2013, refers.
The full "CuDeco Shareholder Research" document is available for down-loading on Blog: http://www.s......com/cudeco_research
Surely the matters raised are a cause for concern to ASIC . Urgent action needs to be taken to eliminate systemic problems in the ASX to uphold the integrity of the market-place, and enable a fair and honest trading platform for all share traders.
A Government Enquiry is considered essential to ensure the proper forensic investigations can be undertaken to eliminate the manipulation that is occurring in the trading of CuDeco(CDU) Securities and other Companies in the ASX. Action is what is required.
Yours sincerely,
Maxw."
Referred for the information of CDU share holders concerned.
cheers,
Max
