    IMO, it will cost Biota millions of dollars to lay off former Nabi employees including those management and board members.


    The back-door US listing looks cheap, but will be proved to be very expensive to Biota holdings shareholders.

    I still do not believe that a pure listing with a cap rasing of $27m could cost Biota holdings $20m as suggested by the former Biota holdings management.


    An important question should be asked about the treatment of those free share options that were still not vested before the merger deal. Why were they made to become vested upon the deal going through? (IMO, their answer would be that it was because Biota holdings was taken over, the deal was designed to be in the best interest of those management/board members. many australian shareholders had been forced to sell upon the delisting of BTA)
