    nine lives, if you are still out there, it appears that your opinions are respected all over HC and by admin.

    A couple more questions that you should be able to help with. I read on another thread that ramping, whether up or down is not permitted, is this correct?

    If it is not allowed, how do you define ramping? If there is a definition, I could not find an answer in HC's terms...
    I ask this as ramping is continually mentioned on the KFE thread.
