It doesn't really matter how its happened,why its happening,whether it be tax purposes,traders,shortsellers or whatever,the fact of the matter is that SP is 7cents....
Doesn't look good whether you are a member of the cheer squad or not...I'm no expert in the markets but it looks way too low to me,I'm struggling to understand.
