I know that they have no requirements to keep us up to date seeing they are not trading ......

The fact that they are not trading is irrelevant and a red herring. They are still a registered listed ASX company and have a legal obligation to disclose anything that they believe would have an impact on the share price ... regardless of them being in halt.

That is why they told us about "nice" and about the administrator issue..... while not trading.

They have simply chosen not to give us a well developed update on operations etc.
