It's a worry. Worth a read, but here are two point from the presentation, that would be interest to shareholders:

TPR investigations do not move quickly and to follow the process could take many months if not years

Capital returns by GPG plc are suspended until we are clearer on TPR’s position and pending the outcome of the independent review

Also, too much use of the word "insolvency" in the presentation, for my liking, and semingly for the market's liking, given the share price action following this ANN.
