The Chinese must be on opium again.
They must think Australia is like Africa where they can come and go and build what they want using their own labor.
I thought they would have learned a lesson that Canberra will keep them at more than arms length.
The Australian government wouldn't even let the Chinese have any participation of the Oakajee infrastructure let alone the Pilbara.
