The panel is already operating (has been for several years, quite successfully as well) but from what I interpreted in the letter they won't let it ramp up to commercial rates until more 'trial work is carried out'.

CNX are continually testing and operating the UCG panel as well as obtaining independent verification of the process.

How long it is going to be in 'trial' mode for is anyone's guess at this stage.

Maybe after the Cougar litigation is settled, the QLD government may made some more decisions, but who knows, hence the poor sentiment for the stock at present.
