By “holder” I presume you mean “share holder”.
I said "You have no legal interest in this stock" and that much is true.
You have no interest in it at all in any legal sense being a third party to IDC as a legal and corporate entity.
You are of course unfettered in what you may discuss subject to your acceptance of the usual consequence and any additional rules governing human intercourse.
Nevertheless, whilst HotCopper may permit and facilitate discussions in relation to corporate activity in the mining and resources industry that does not change the characterization of your position viz a viz being prurient.
I trust this clarifies the error in your thinking and the assumptions underlaying your post.

My position remains entirely unchanged, has nothing to do with reading accounts and every thing to do with the way you seemed to reach a conclusion pregnant with innuendo and devoid of relevance to the day to day affairs of the company and the reality in which it operates.
