    Actually the enviro plan is in place for blackwood as it is for a third nt/p68 well. The link below actually covers the environmental plan/drilling PROGRAM required for 3 x wells on nt/p68 i.e. not just Heron-1 but in fact blackwood and Heron North (should ENI elect to drill heron north). I have contacted nopsema and confirmed the same about two months ago when the same question crossed my mind. the environmental PROGRAM link below actually APPROVES three wells but focuses on heron south - nopsema advised me that the other two wells have environmental approval. some may beg to differ and that is fine - time will tell - see if you can find the Penguin deep plan (other than the one that is four years old)... Blackwood and heron north are approved and ready to be drilled.

    i am not saying that blackwood will be next, i actually hope ES is first for meo strategic reasons. however, do not be surprised for eni to drill another well (e.g. blackwood or penguin deep) prior to ES if only because shell are not easy to work with when they (Shell) are not operator - imho....
