Smuggling is not an issue which directly effects LYc.

Don't get sucked into the smuggling issue, the amount that is smuggled is insignificant, the Chinese are making out like it is a huge amount, but it is not. The Chinese are blowing this out of proportion .This tactic is typical Chinese business conspiracy.

The buyers of this smuggled product are little entities, the big and reputable buyers are not buying this smuggled product. Do you think the reputable buyers will rely on this smuggled product as a reliable source of RE. No chance, this is where LYC are able to provide a custom made product delivered on time with reliability.

At this point of time, and i will repeat at this point of time it appears as though Phase 2 product and in particular the Japanese Sojitz agreement for 8500 tpa has not been resolved. This piece of the puzzle is being kept very very secret and only a very few insiders (big boys)know exactly what is going on. Several meetings and trips to Japan have taken place. IMO it is only a matter of time this will be resolved and when this is announced to the market...look out.....
