Hey Capman I, and I'm sure most HDR faithfulls are not happy with the present situation.
Very hard to know the reason for the resent dumping, lets not forget the dumping has been accross the board.
Yes it's possible that Tiof is delayed and or declared not commercial. Nothing would surprise me. My guess is that we are in the middle of a bigger correction then anyone of us uninformed idividuals were expecting. It's my opinion we could see HDR's shares down to about $1.80sh short term. But one Cinguetti comes on stream we will be rewarded.
