Hi et al


It is just over 2 years 9 months since the JORC realease for CuDeco on the 18th August, 2010.

Can anybody give me any information on the Statute of Limitations for me to take Civil Action for fraud/ manipulation type crimes against an Entity.

I have a Civil Case prepared but not ready to take any action yet unless there is say a 3 or 4 time limit to lodge a case.


I was under the impression there was no time limit.

Have we any Legal wizards.
