50' water ballasted would have been one serious racing boat. Those new canting keel boats are impressive too.

I did a few overnight trips up Cowan Creek and remember being hammered by a Southerly as I came back around west head and the dinghy got flipped over by the wind :) I was never game to venture far into the ocean as my little old wooden Top Hat had some questions over it's structural integrity.

Any one have any idea when well hear about the RI take up ?

In BCC's case they announced the shortfall 2 days after the RI closed on the 16th May.

Also in BCC's case they only got away abut 3% of the RI and on the day of the shortfall ann they where in discussions with an investor to take 19.9% of the company.

BCC had been served a 249D and where also trying to raise double the relative amount of shares (ie 3:5) as apposed to 1:3. So hope we got away more than 3%.
