Actually no, if you check the column in which it shows the 3500%, it is based off of a 1bn bbl strike. It also shows their WI as 23% so its based off of 1bn bbl. Eg look at the 100mmb column it shows 350% and 1bn bbl shows 10x that at 3500%. PVD's target is 1.5bn bbl so multiply the 100mmb valuation by 15 and you get 5250 - 5300%.
