I spoke to Dean over a coffee at my home yesterday and he explained the bowl of Spaggetti comments.
He explained that Ching was like a deep bowl, put a drill in the centre and the oil would flow to it. Tioff was larger but the oil was in channels or rivers like a bowl of spag. Hence they need to determin the hotspots to recover the oil. More test drilling will most probably be necessary, but no one is going to throw the baby out with the bathwater. Tioff is a real asset, only needs time to further appraise it.
