    I think that this statement gives reason for an expectation of a positive outcome for BTU:

    "Justice Fogarty of the High Court acknowledged the urgency of the matter and indicated that he would endeavor to reach a decision before the next hearing of the Environment Court which is set down for 12 June 2013."

    I'm sure that F&B would like this to drag on indefinitely. The urgency is all for Bathurst's benefit. I might be reading too much into this but here's hoping.
