why do I feel so nervous about this deal?
Current trading is giving me absolute no confidence in a good deal for shareholders being struck. I'm assuming that there is inside info.

For me I have said all along, if they give up more than half then we have been had because if the Cornerstone even got 30% it would mean a ROC of 4. They would get their capital back in the 4th year based on SS figures and then have a free carry for 46 years.

I hope that the negotiating has been water tight and the announcement blows everyone away. Either way we should see sp apreciation in the future with a big tick in funding, but the constant sellers coming in with news so imminent doesn't fill me with great confidence.

PEK have stated they will remain operator, that doesn't mean they will hold more than 50%, it can happen.

Not downramoing just stating things as I see them.
