To me the main thing is whether or not NEA can keep getting new contracts, sounds ovbious but will the demand keep up as oppose to when and how they bill. If they are signing enough customers the billing process will be inconsequential to the revenue gained oevrall.
I think the product pricing is rather expensive at this point in time to be honest for what it is. However many companies seem to need it and are willing to pay for it. I have never used the product but have sopken to others who say it is great.
A friend works in inground pool manufacturing, he said he used to use it before a site visit to get an idea of how he would move trucks in etc. But they stopped once it wasn't free because he has to do a site visit anyway, this could be an example of a smaller PAYG type subscriber.
