U have been here 10 years and in those 10 years how many promises and deadlines where made that never was meant to be?? How are people so sure this time is the real deal?? What happens when something pops up and they then announce now commissioning and production 3rd quarter 2014?? And don't knock that back because odds are more for that scenario than any other with proven evidence of the trend...
