I chat about the science because I want to understand whether the science can be commercialised. The question of cash is fairly prosaic. If a biotech runs out of cash and cant raise funds in the normal course of business it will go bankrupt.

The rules of finance apply to all companies but good science and more particularly, world-changing technologies, applies to only a few. I believe, based upon my research (with the most sincere thanks to Tony for his enormous contribution), that Phylogica is one of the few.

The strategic process initiated with Griffin Securities is almost certainly being undertaken with the cash at bank in mind as a key parameter.
