Sickos come in all colours. I suppose we tend to notice the white sex tourist because when we go to places, they are tourist hotspots. Pattaya in Thailand is a haven for sex tourists. You haven't seen anything until you have seen this place. It makes Amsterdam look small and amateur. I am not saying that there is a whole lot of underage sex there, but I would bet anything that there is a whole underworld of underage sex there. The tourists at Pattaya come from all races.
But, just because we see mostly the white man, it doesn't mean their own countrymen don't partake. I don't want to get into specifics, but in my lengthy time of living in Asia, I know the local men are no angels. And the sex industry is not confined to just tourist hotspots.
