* Telstra own's these Pits & Conduits.
* Telstra is leasing the Pits & Conduits to NBNCo.
* Telstra is going through area's months ahead of NBNCo and inspecting/remediating these Pits & Conduits where necessary before handing them over to NBNCo, as per the leasing agreement.
* Telstra are paying their own contractors for this work.
