This is my take...... Plv is in suspension for as long as possible to enable it to reach productional targets and other agreements to confirm financial security of the company for current operations and expansion. This would appease the institutional holders and prevent a run on the sp. The accounting delay just seems to convenient for cashflow projections. But whatever i am happy if the sp doesnt get hammered,
