a cap raising is in my view the best option ( even better a rights issue) the value of current holders will be diluted but participation in RI will maintain upside.
Lets say a cap raise of 100m shares at 40 cents. lets say this reduces upside to 1.50 but the new shares acquired at 40 would in effect maintain the upside leverage
