As I have said before, the shareholders should not have to burden the responsibility of the failed dam. However in reality we will suffer a loss unless we can gain insurance or compensation.
I am a design engineer, the dam should have been designed with significant safety factors. Red has not explained who was at fault.
So how does Red protect shareholder losses?
This is the question I would like to be answered in the next announcement.
We invested our money, we expect the engineering to be accurate.
