ThinkinLoudly: I would say there are some key reasons for a 50-60% capped increase from recent VWAP:
1. CR needed
2. Alotment of shares to Range at 1 cent could imply CR will be ~1 cent - if not, how can they offer Range 1 cent??
3. Not a commercial discovery yet
4. Significant dilution occuring
5. Management appears to have little skin in this
Whilst these key points hang over CTR the only SP movement will be down.
