Things are very tough at the moment. There are a lot of geos looking for work. Some of my geo friends have not been out of work for 15, 20 and even 30 years. They worked for some very large companies that are still making lots.

I am surprised that many companies don't use the downturn to invest/buy cheap assets/companies. Only the Chinese do this.
