A useful post rather than the crap about share volume and sp when nothing is happening...

I am still trying to get info, even though BeachDingo seemed my post to be erroneous, that in a post around November/December that there was a set procedure if the talks/negotiations halted and that a moderator of sort (government intervention) steps in and that a deal is reached.

I would think that the time should be coming up very soon that someone should intervene otherwise this process in itself could go on indefinitely and QPN would just run out of funds.
