    Gday asf...

    it is still a mystery to me.

    i'm tipping that IOOF's slightly less than 10% stake is as a bargaining chip. Compulsory acquisition is off the table in the event of a takeover;

    someone sold to Dalnor and with the volumes, they must have been a major. Notably, the sales continued even as the price fell ... that makes me think that it was a deliberate and calculated transaction. if it were speculative, i'm sure dalnor would have pulled up a lot early

    i think its the major shareholder selling out ... and i suspect they have to because they are financially strapped. i would have expected though a substantial holder notice.

    i flicked the directors a note last note asking them to confirm solvency. my humble reading of their balance sheet and debt structures suggest they should be solvent but the share price says otherwise.

    last nights close into 6.3c was i think on the back of about 2 shares...mischief at its best. whilst i'm not a big fan of conspiracy theories, it wouldn't take long to conjour up a sentence along the lines of '...our 25 cent offer is four times the most recent weighted average .... blah blah blah...'

    a tough one. I also suspect the company is very clear on who and why it is ... it is in their interest to know. the question is then, why will they not tell the market?

    have a good one
