Roberter,thanks for the info but with all due respect to your 'friends in the industry' i would say they have no idea about gold other than what others in the industry tell them.
If they think Gold is going up just because of the war approaching then i'm sure glad my money is not with them but 95% of those so called 'industry' people are the same i.e no idea about gold.
Sure there is a war premium built into gold atm,how much though? $5,$20,$50 who knows but imho people will be in for a big shock when gold does not tank when war starts,that is providing the war is over quickly also.

There are heaps of reasons that have been written here why gold is just starting this bull run and once people understand this there will be a mad dash to get into the gold shares.I am sure that those 'industry' people will be in for the shock of their lives when they have to cover their gold shorts.
