    On the topic of Hoyland commenting that an investor could purchase a further 11% on the market - as far as I understand it creeping acquisitions of that nature are limited to a 3% increase in voting power every 6 months. Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken though - I'm aware that there are "loopholes" involving rights issues, etc.
