So by their own admission CAZ don't have the funds anyway --- get the point. All the bull about Rimes and technical experience is just that -bull -because their original financial capabilty statement lodged with the application would have stated they had the capability and would have made no mention of Echelon. Contradictory --- the minimum expenditure is only very small -and yet both parties have to make a submission -which steers this whole thing into uncharted waters --

So both parties are progressively building their case --- it is a dogs dinner

And apologies to 8 balls about public interest - RIO are quoting that so I guess we must assume they think it relevant - and so must CAZ submitting they will spend millions -but RIO can outbid that -a bidding war for the Minister -not the real tenants of the Mining Act at all as MacMahon is claiming. Otherwise just prove CAZ can spend $40,000 on the EL or whatever it is and rely on the strict interpretation of the Act. So much for his faith in the Act and fair play.

So if one can build a case like that then one can refer to the Joint Managing Directors track record on holding ground.
