I really can't see what all the worry is about. If they put this capital to good use and get the target of 4000bpd by the end of this calendar year, the share price won't be .86.

Last time they did a cap raising in 2010 for around .35 (from memory), it only took a few short weeks to continue to move upwards. As a long term shareholder I was surprised by this cap raising, but we can only assume the company knows what its doing.
