    I believe Quest management has taken the HIGH RISK,HIGH REWARD route. I feel they should be a bit more on the conservative side, leasing the land instead of purchasing it. This way, if no oil or gas found, the company may still live to see another project, and there are still funds left in the bank for drilling.
