    re: Ann: Change in substantial holding and IA... 90% is a pretty big target, one week until offer closes unless TRY extends.

    No competing offer has come out so at least that is not an issue for TRY.

    Having said that with 38% acceptance TRY should be able to get over 50% of AZH which if they choose could give them control of AZH board.
