yeah, I read that as more compliance to emission guidlines rather than a JV.

JV is as in partners. I don't see Mong Govt. specifically selecting MOU over other potential suppliers. Neither does the SP.

As I understand it, to date MOU has been targeting mainly export into China with a smaller amount of domestic supply for Mong.

This Briquette caper is a smoke screen "look we're busy doing X,Y,Z" for continual failure to get mining licenses and the JORC that was repeatedly promised in Dec/Jan. IMO.

They guys are getting more suss with every month. Benefication? Please, they can't even get their JORC or mining license together as promised.
